When does period normally come back after a c-section

How long after having a baby via c-section and getting your tubes tied does your period come back? For me it's been 8 almost 9 weeks post partum and no period😬 has this happen to anyone? Is it normal? Could I be pregnant? So many questions that I really hope someone has the answers to.

I had an emergency c section I never really had heavy bleeding (I lost 1400 ml) I passed 3 50g clots and a few smaller ones (sorry to be graphic) I just spotted from 4d pp till 5wpp (the color would go from bright red to brown toward the end) got a few days of no bleeding and then I believe I got what was my period at 5w6d and my
iUD was packed 6w exactly and I bled and spotted additionally for 6w I stopped for a week and now I’m spotting again :) 
I don’t know what’s going on, I did pump for 11.5 weeks though so who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️ I thought I got my period at 5w6d but it’s really hard to tell

Well I got my IUD and had a period after a 3months PP
