Can you take antibiotics while pregnant?

So I got my ears piercing around October last year and they are on and off infected they are good for a little bit but then get bad I am 23 weeks pregnant and I know I know I know I should have gone to the doctor and gotthis checked months ago but I haven’t. I got pregnant the same month I fell off my parents insurance so I didn’t have an insurance for a while and the one I have no I haven’t even seen a doctor besides my obgyn. My ears are pretty infected again I’m just scared they won’t go away even with antibiotics if you are aloud to take those while pregnant
