Solitary confinement for a terrorist

Yesterday I watched a movie called 22 July which was based on a real terrorist attack in Norway in 2011. One right-wing extremist set a bomb off next to the prime ministers office killing 8 people and injuring over 200 people (12 severely). He then made his way to a teenagers summer camp ran to promote equality and diversity. There he disguised himself as a police officer and killed 69 people, the majority being teenagers. He used his uniform to make the kids trust him and acted as if he was trying to save them from the shooter, and then when they came out of their hiding places he shot them.

His reasoning for the attack was because he wasn’t happy with the diversity in Norway and wanted to stop immigrants from coming over.

He got sentenced to solitary confinement. As I was doing a little more research about this I found he won a court case over being treated unfairly by being kept in solitary confinement. He has only had one visitor while there which was her mother one time before she died.

So basically, do you feel like somebody like this should be kept in solitary confinement?
