postpartum body

i am so self conscious i am 1 month postpartum today and like my body was so nice before the baby i still snapped back but my belly button is weird , the place where my belly button piercing was is still dark and i feel scar tissue under the skin .. i had an innie/outtie before i got pregnant now i have an outtie will that go back in ??
