Help need advice

I have the implant got it put in in July 2017 , have been in a serious relationship and always used double protection , we had sex the last week of June didn't notice at the time that the condom had a slight tear , went to pharmacist and told I should be ok that again it's 3 years and it has to be changed. I got a slight period/ Spotting that lasted 3 days mid June but only happens every 3 or 4 months, anyway I am worried that the bar has failed , I am not on any medication and can't take most medication due to allergic reactions . What are the chances I am , I am getting a white discharge lately and never had that before , I feel bloated also . Please help worried
