Stomach cramps

Hi all. I have been using ovulation kits and apparently ovulated last Thursday ! This was the 1st day I used the tests and got an immediate positive. These past couple of days I have been having marked lower stomach cramps not to any side just central above the pubic bone. I'm also having occasional intense tingling in breasts. This has never happened to me before. Am I going crazy as too early or could this be a good sign xxx
