Honeymoon trip

So the wedding is in two weeks (eek!) and we already have our honeymoon hotel reserved at The Monte Carlo in Vegas, but we want to do one night of a fancy smancy restaurant. Only ones I know of are the Eifle tower in Paris and the many Wolfgang Puck or Gordan Ramsey restaurants. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
