Anyone else wake up every morning after sleeping with a sore back?

I did and had horrible sciatic problems until I started swimming regularly and when I say swimming I’m getting in water 30-45 mins a day about 4 ft deep at the most and doing water exercises to help open my back and pelvis! It’s helped so much like been a life saver not only with sleeping better but my body doesn’t ache in the day I’m more mobile and everything

We’re all getting big and achy. It’s totally normal but that still doesn’t make it fun. Pregnancy is a bitch sometimes. 😂

Yes! And it's always the same spot no matter what position I sleep in. Lower back, right side 😡

I did. Then I got a pregnancy pillow and started putting an extra pillow between my legs for better hip alignment.

I have a knot it feels like always in my right side below the bra strap line. Having to wake up and go pee is miserable!! That’s when I get the aches in the lower back.

I’m sore everywhere. To top it off I’ve already developed SPD so getting up out of bed is literal hell.
