TMI but I need help.

Okay so one of my inner labia lips is swollen. I thought yesterday I had gotten a yeast infection, so I had been using my monistat and had no issues. Now today I irritated my vagina by itching it, but didn't think anything was off. However when I went to use the monistat it slightly burned and that's when I noticed my labia was swollen. It's looks slightly red and inflamed, and it is slightly hard. What's going on???? I am completely freaked out!!
