Rib Pain

I have been experiencing very bad rib pain on my right side only, toward the front right under my boob, lol, since around week 22 (24 now). Doc says it's from everything growing and expanding, and not much I can do. and I remember it vaguely with my second son but more toward the end of the pregnancy. Anyway, does anyone else have this and if so, What are you doing to help? Doc says take Tylenol and rest but that's not always possible. And I don't want to take Tylenol everyday.
