Breakouts

Hi all! I am in my first trimester with my first little one. And I am experiencing some pretty bad breakouts on my chest and face. My chest more so than my face.  But I never really suffered with "acne" before or had stubborn skin.  I would have my little breakouts right before my period but this is pretty excessive.  Anybody else have this? Any insight would be great appreciated!
