A decrease in the frequency of movement is not normal. You should absolutely tell your OB if their activity level decreases. 
The intensity of movement does decrease because they are much more cramped. You should still feel movements, they may feel more subtle and less jolted.

Please always get checked if your baby has decreased movements! It may be normal for some but others it’s not😞

Both pregnancies I got super scared because for like 3 weeks both times, they didn’t move. I got maybe little flinches but that was it until the day I went into have my c-sections they were so active it made me sick.
