Nausea or hunger??

Anyone else have a hard time being able to tell if you're really hungry or not feeling good? Lol or is it just me? It's like, I kinda wanna eat, kinda wanna throw up... not really sure. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Yes! I was literally explaining this to my man yesterday😂 It’s like when you have the flu and have been puking for days and can’t decide if you want to eat or puke again 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

I get most nauseous when I am hungry. But yes, confusing feeling.

I'm not hungry at all. Just different levels of nausea. I'm forcing myself to eat too reduce the nausea bit I honestly hate every bite. I haven't liked anything I've eaten for the past few weeks :(
