Anovulatory cycle question
I monitor BBT and am currently in an anovulatory cycle. I know I won’t have a true period (progesterone withdrawal bleeding) but am wondering what to expect with breakthrough bleeding. How heavy/light will it be? I’ve started very light spotting and am hoping my body will get back on track quickly. Mostly I’m wondering if I will get enough flow to know it’s CD 1. I’d love to hear from others who have experience with this. Thanks!
