Depo provera shot experience
I want to get the mirena iud for my long term birth control, but I’ve been in a lot of pain since 26 weeks pregnant and I went through labor and an unplanned c section, so I’m nervous to get it at my 6 week appointment. My ob suggested the depo shot, and I’ve never had hormonal birth control and I’m nervous about doing the shot since you can’t stop taking it if it causes problems. What is everyone’s experience with it? Did it cause any issues?
