Weight
Okay so I am 37 weeks now with my baby girl an will be a ftm, but that saying I was wondering what tips any other mommy’s could give me for losing the baby weight. I am very active an always have been but I’m ready to be like I used to be especially with the weight lifting. I had to stop at 30 weeks because the doctor was in fear oh me having back labor with how small I was. Can any mommy’s please help me with remedies, exercise or even dieting trips that have tried after having their precious little ones.
