Anyone's Husband Have a Problem with Premature Ejaculation?

I'm asking because my husband has a huge problem ejaculating <30 seconds into sex. He needs to either stop during the middle of it and calm down for 5 minutes or just ejaculate. It is highly frustrating. I haven't had a proper orgasm in months because of this. 
Any advice? He is against going to the doctor for this.

Not so much premature ejaculation, but if I say I'm cummin then he almost immediately cums there is no stopping it.

There’s this thing called mandelay. It helps make the guy last longer by numbing him a bit. The only thing is you may feel the numbing as well. There’s also an area in between a guys penile shaft and balls that can prevent ejaculation is pressed on time. Now the thing with this is that it may be painful for him. My suggestion is for him to go to the doctor.
