Any expecting mamas dealing with an 18 month old going through a sleep regression?

I may lose my mind...that is our boat currently - 25 weeks preggers and my 18 month old baby girl has decided she no longer wants to sleep at night. 😭😭 anyone walked this road and have any tips? Thank you in advanced from a tired mama.

We just went through this!! Although it seemed to hit my son delayed because he is 21 months.  *Fingers crossed* he is through the worst of it and finally slept through the night again last night for the first time in weeks.  He had been such a great sleeper since around his birthday and I was used to it now that it was soooooo hard when he started to just scream everytime he went to bed for his nap or bedtime... and wake up several times a night screaming for us too.  We ended up having to go back into "sleep training" mode like we did when he was a baby.  We did a revised cry it out method.  We would go in and soothe him every 10 minutes.  At first we weren't real strict about it and would try to walk around and soothe him and be more lenient and do things we normally wouldn't.  But once we did sleep training like we did when he was younger (soothe without picking up), he actually drastically improved after a couple days... but at that point we were a couple weeks into the regression so maybe it was just timing and coincidence.  But anyways.... I feel for you!!  Sleep regressions are rough and especially when pregnant and it is hard enough to sleep even in a peaceful house 😞
