My husband (FTM) and I are using a donor and doing an at-home insemination. Any tips on positions to use/try? Has anyone else done this? We’re trying 7/16-7/18 because that’s when I’m most fertile and ovulating. First pregnancy!

Exact same boat you are in. My husband (FTM) and I typically have me on my back with my hips up on a few pillows for the insemination, and the n we make sure that I orgasm at least once with my hips up. It’s worked once so far in the past few months, and unfortunately that one time (2 months ago) the conceptions didn’t take for long, but there are signs it worked again this month! I would just say that you guys should relax, have fun with the process (it’s a fun time to live out some fantasies in the process) and enjoy the journey together. Find your fertile window do insemination two days before u ovulate and day off ! It will work

Theres a fair but of information online from other families finding their beginnings!!! To my knowledge it may take a few tries and asking a medical doctor can help with any troubling question you may have about your personal health/body!!

Yes myself and my husband (female to male) are ten weeks pregnant we did two rounds of at home insemination with a live donor, it worked the second round; donor would do his thing in a sterile cup I let it sit for 10 min then put in syringe and did my thing :) it does work!!! We are again ten weeks pregnant and our baby is healthy !!
