birth control and pull out

so i've been on the pill for a little over a week, and i don't plan on having sex until after a month of being on the pill because i hear sometimes it takes a while to take full effect. anyways, when i do have sex, i want me and my partner to try without a condom with the pullout method and of course my birth control, but i was wondering, if we use the pullout method, after he finishes(not inside me of course)can we still continue going? would i have to still be worried about his previous ejaculation? i hope this makes sense.
