It hurt wayyyyyyyyyyyy less than it hurt when it was first put in. I also got my first pap smear too. The whole process was shockingly fast. Anyone else have any similar experience?

My cramps were better and my periods became regular. (Mind, some spotting here and there) it overall helped my body to most people’s surprise, but I’ve been having some doubts about the need for it anymore. So. I took it out. 🤷🏻‍♀️
