Yesterday I got to do skin to skin with Zulie for the first time since she was born! I waited a week for this and let me tell ya, when they put that little girl on my chest the tears came down and wouldn’t stop coming!!! It was the best feeling in the world, so much love and warmth and peace. Nothing accurately describes it and nothing matches it. There really is no better feeling. And she loved it too c: Her vitals were the best they’d been all day and she wouldn’t let go of my finger 😭😭 my boyfriend got to do skin to skin with her after I did and he was just as enamored and taken with her and the whole experience as I was. All I can say is, thank you, God. 💜
