Anxiety attacks

When it comes to going out with my husband and leaving my daughter with my mother or mother in law I have really bad anxiety , I’m scared something can happen to her when I’m not around, I never go out because I like being with her and because I rather be there, but he says we need to go out alone sometimes, tomorrow we’re going to the movies and I’m really scared , seriously I can’t sleep
