My son hasn’t pooped in almost 48 hours...

Sorry for the TMI but my son, who is pretty regular, hasn’t pooped since around 3:00 pm on Sunday. So we are going on 48 hours. He doesn’t seem to be in any pain and is eating normally and having wet diapers. The only thing somewhat different in his diet is I have been incorporating more actual “solid” foods and not just purées the last few days. I will obviously contact his pediatrician if he acts like he is in pain or if he still hasn’t had a bowel movement in a day or so. But I just thought I’d ask here if any of you have had a day or two without any bowel movements in your little ones. He’s formula fed and drinks some water throughout the day as well.
