Struggle to express
Hi everyone. My baby boy is now 10 weeks he is ebf. Going fine. I have 2 other children 10 and 12 yrs different dad who is DV. We have court again soon and I wanted to express so my partner can feed but I'm struggling. Find the pump to painful so hand expressing but when fully engorged he has slept longer tonight I only got 2 ounces and am very sore now.
I really don't want to use formula for court.
Any ideas? I also expressed while he fed but no joy. Thanks x
