I am researching the breed and reputable breeders in hopes to get a puppy for our family next spring. We want an easy going, eager to please, trainable, more calm than other breeds and a good family dog not a dog that just bonds with one person. Give me any and all advice you have on the breed. To add: we live in a spacious house with stairs, we have a large back yard 2 acres. 1 acre will be fenced in. We also live in a area where we have winter like weather for 6 - 7 months, we get a lot of snow and some negative degree temps however our summers are hot! 90 degree temps with awful humidity. I worry that it may not be responsible to get a brachycephalic pup considering where we live. But like I said we are still in the researching stage so I’d really appreciate any and all info!
