Can a faint line disappear after time frame and it still be considered positive?

Yesterday I got what I considered a faint positive within 3-10 min. After the 10 min it was very hard to see. Af is due today, nothing yet. I have very sore breast, heartburn, headaches and very bloated with lower back pain. Has this happened to anyone and still ended up pregnant? I’m scared to test again so I may wait to see if af shows up first.

I took another one (not fmu) so it could have been diluted but it was negative. No af yet. Maybe it was a fluke 😪

Yes, I’ve noticed that with these tests a lot. It’s so faint that once the test dries the pee covers the faint line so it doesn’t show up as much. That’s positive. Give it a few days and it’ll be darker.
