How are y'all's overall energy levels?

My baby has been sleeping through the night for awhile now and I even take a nap many days (though I'm never sure if the nap makes it better or worse), but I'm still tired from the time I wake up till the time I go to bed. It's just frustrating to constantly be in this fog of fatigue where I'm only thinking about bed time as soon as I wake up in the morning. 

I am a stay at home mom and I breastfeed. All of that is hard work, so I'm sure that just account for some of it, but I'm just wondering if this is normal or what. 

My sleep is often interrupted by my husband, so that adds to it too...

Anyway, I get about 7 or 8 hours of sleep per night, though it is usually interrupted.
