Fussy feeder!

Looking for some advice! I'm bf my 3 1/2 month baby girl and throughout the day, she feeds just fine. But it seems like as soon as 4/5pm hits just in the last 2 weeks or so, whenever I try to breastfeed her, she gets fussy and squirmy . Take a few gulps and then cry and then take a few gulps, then full on meltdown then a few gulps. She's been doing the same thing with a bottle of pumped milk (she's never had formula). It's just so strange it's only in the evening and getting really frustrating. 

Any thoughts? When your little ones were teething, did they fuss only at one time of day?
