No major weight loss or CM loss but clothes feel better?
I've been going to gym pretty religiously (every second day basically, maybe skipping one extra day) since the beginning of May.
I just wanted to be fitter. I'm happy with my weight but my fitness levels were non existent. So I focus mostly on cardio. I will do weights every second session. I've greatly approved- have gone from being able to do 200 calories in half an hour (I could literally just do 30 minutes) to 500 calories in under 50 minutes.
I also measure myself and weigh myself at the same time once a week.
So I've only lost about 5lbs/ 2kgs but my measurements show I haven't lost any CMs. I gather because of muscle gain due to the weights.
But I don't understand how I can show no CM loss, minimal weight loss but my clothes feel a lot looser? Am I going mad?
