Coping methods 💭✨
We all know how draining it is every month hoping for a BFP but either getting your period or a BFN 👎🏼 I was just wondering if you lovely people had any coping methods or specific things they do to cope with the possible upset/mixed emotions and emptiness some woman may feel when not receiving the results they want.
My body has given me mixed signals all month, I’ve been a couple of days late however noticed today a tad of spotting 🙁 I can feel myself all cranky and irritable as this isn’t what I wanted - so I drew myself a long lit candle bath and reminded myself there’s plenty more time ☹️
