Should I go??

Question

My husband occasionally has to work out of state. He has to go to NYC next weekend and will be working 10-18 hr days. We have a 10 month old daughter so id be home with her. My mom is coming out to hang out and see her and told me I should go with him. My husband is all for it but I wouldn’t feel so guilty leaving my daughter especially if I may not really even get to spend time with my husband. I feel like I’ll just miss her so much the entire time,  and feel anxious and guilty if I go but our marriage needs this. I don’t know what to do.

Go!! And you may not see your husband much, but even if you literally lie on the hotel bed all day watching movies, I bet you’ll get rest and feel refreshed! When you take care of yourself, even when you don’t want to and aren’t used to it, you get charged up to take better care of your baby!! Go go go!

It's just a weekend? I totally feel you on the guilt! But she would be just fine! All I have to say is that if you decide to go, you have to have a good time. Find fun things to do during the day and have nice evenings with your husband. If you are miserable the whole time it won't be worth it to go. You have to decide to enjoy yourself and come back ready to love on your baby. ❤️

Don't. Feel guilty its ok to have fun and still be you don't have to spend every second with them.. I'm sure your kids will be in good hands and you can have some free time I'm sure there are you can do while he is at work
