Can it be possible??

So on the 4th of July I had a few to many drinks with my second daughters dad. Long story short we kind of spent a night together. He didn't wear any protection and to be honest I didn't get off and I don't think he did either. Kind of afraid to ask him if he did or not. My apps both said I was going to ovulate that next day or in the next day following. I for some reason felt like I ovulate a few days before though. I had been very very wet for several days before which doesn't happen often when I ovulate. My question is with all that is it possible I could end up pregnant? I am a 3 time c-section mom and kind of scares me.
