Need advice and encouragement
So I’ve been trying to lose weight on and off for 4 years. I’ll lose 10 pounds and then put it right back on plus some. I have a really hard time with self control. The minute I tell myself I can’t have things I binge them. Then I give up because I feel like I can’t do it. I’m the biggest I’ve ever been right now (155 and 4’11”) and I feel absolutely miserable. I was thinking that instead of shocking my body I can wean myself down on my calories. I’m sure I eat over 2000 a day most days. So when I cut down to 1200-1400 I feel like I am starving and that’s when the binge eating starts. So I need advice and encouragement. Also I need to start going to the gym at least 2-3 times a week to start. I feel good when I do but I have a hard time getting myself to actually go. Any type of food advice, workout advice or any other type of advice is majorly appreciated.
