Does anyone know what type of discharge this is??  pre ovulation? ovulation? post ovulation? pre-period?

You need to find your own patterns. For some women it will mean something, for others it will mean another thing entirely different. 
Keep in mind this isn't a 100% reliable method to find out where you're in your circle.
