Toddler bed transition tips

My baby has just moved to her toddler bed last two weeks.. seems like freedom for her 😂 but constant wakes in the middle of the nights for me. At 1am and 3am, she would come down from her bed and come to sleep on mine in my room. I take her back after she has fallen asleep and at 6am, she does the same. 7:59am, same again. She does not miss her times 😂 how do I help her to settle in her toddler bed because this mama is sleep deprived and tired 😭
