Woke up this morning feeling crampy in my lower abdomen and back. Like a constant cramping not waves. Felt very similar to light period cramps. And been having contractions on and off all day, one even woke me up from my nap. They feel different than my braxton hicks. But not time-able yet.

And so so sorry for the TMI pics but have been losing mucus like this all day too but no blood. I know it can regenerate but I'm 39 +2. Can that make a difference? Or still doesn't mean anything? Has anyone lost pieces of their plug all day without blood and went into labor shortly after?
