Ever since I came off the pill in December 2018 my cycles had been occurring every 16 days on the dot and never was late... Now for whatever reason AF is late and it’s now cd21 and no sign of AF and I tested with an FRER this morning and it was negative. Any ideas as to what might be causing this? Are my cycles finally regulating back to normal for the first time since I was 14? (I’m now 21). Backstory - My mom stuck me on the Depo shot at 14 and I was on it until I was 19. I never had a period from 14 onward and when I stopped the depo my period never started back up for over a year so my Obgyn put me on the pill to “jump start” AF. Well it worked but after that my cycles were only 16 days long until this current cycle.
