Anxiety medications
Has anyone taken anxiety medications? Did they make you feel better? Did you become dependent?
I was told I have generalized anxiety disorder that is also causing OCD and was recommended to take meds but I'm scared. I can't live with my anxiety anymore it's going to swallow me
