I'm stressing. I went to the ER on the 21st of August and had blood work done along with pelvic exam, and ultrasound. Apparently I came back positive for BV but everything else came back fine, but I was told that the swabs from the pelvic exam would take a few days to get back I'm so confused. How is it that everything supposably came back good except for bv ? If they tested me for bv, then why couldn't they have tested the samples the same night too? Apparently they checked me for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Those apparently take a few days. I'm just confused. I thought everything came back the same night.
