On the day that i was supposed to be ovulating I started spotting then I bled for 2 days after. I had really bad pain and I went to the ER where I was told I had a ruptured cyst. My period is late now and I don’t know if the bleeding that happened during those two days counts as a period. I’ve taken two pregnancy tests on separate days and they been negative. And I haven’t gotten my period. Anybody else been through this ?
