What’s best and how do I do it?

We’ve been receiving wic for formula, well now that my daughter can eat solids, I got wic for the Gerber baby foods in those glass jars & theyre organic. 
My daughter HATES them. Will not let it touch her tongue without gagging. 
How do you ladies make the baby food at home? I need some advice and tips please. 
Like what do I buy? How do I make them? How long are they good for in the fridge, etc.

Are you feeding cereals at all? My kid only liked baby food mixed in to his cereal because the flavour was less intense. The baby food should say how long it is good in the fridge (I want to say 3 ish days). We make our own purees. Just stick whatever they will eat in the food processor until it is mushy, then add liquid until it is a consistency baby will eat. A little bit of water, for example. If you want to / are able, some people also use breastmilk. 
We freeze in ice cube trays and then once they are frozen we store them in freezer bags in the freezer. Each night, I pull out one ice cube into the fridge to eat tomorrow. You will need more than one ice cube if your baby is eating more than that in a day, of course. If you do this, silicon ice cube trays make it a lot easier. You can also freeze jarred baby food this way to make it last longer - just open the jar and put into ice cube tray and then it will last more than three days. My kids never finished the hars before I had to get rid of them.

If you have any second hand baby stores where you live sometimes there’s all in one steam/baby food makers. A new one is going to be like $100+ or maybe fb market place. Or you can steam some veggies on the stove and mash to a thin consistency with formula.

My daughter didn't really like baby food or the rice cereal. Once I mixed them she eats it perfectly and loves it.

You Can try giving the food to her again to see if she grows to like it. SomeTimes it takes a few tries for the baby to get used to it.

Baby food is super easy to make at home. For veggies just steam and blend. You can add water to make it smoother. I use the baby steamer and baby bullet great buy worth every penny. I got the kit with the jars and freezer container. 3 days in the fridge. I'm not sure how long in the freezer, but I don't do more than a month. Fruit is super easy too I just made blueberry with banana today, also made peas, green beans, and carrots. It tastes so much better than jarred baby food. It's much less expensive too. I steamed 12 baby carrots and it made 4 meals!
