Low blood count
So I just took my 28 week CBC panel and my RBC , hematocrit and hemoglobin came back low . I didn’t think they were too low but the nurse wants me to take an iron pill daily . Anyone else on the same boat and suggestions on how to get my iron up . I’ve never had an iron problem before
