Anyone Has Adenomyosis And Fibroid? It is so hard to get pregnant 😞😞😞

I’ve been trying for many years and last Feb I found out that I was pregnant...but no sac or heartbeat

And I also found out that i hv adenomyosis w fibroid

I couldn’t get pregnant for a long time because of fibroids. I’m not a fan of myomectomies, so opted for an amazing new-ish procedure called the Acessa Procedure. Right after I had it and the doctor told us it was safe to try, we conceived (like immediately). I’m now 17 weeks. Happy to share more info but also check out their website if interested. Also this procedure preserved the option of having a vaginal delivery, which was important to me. (Something myomectomies don’t).

I have some fibroids in my uterus, and might have caused my miscarriage last year Dec when I was 9weeks....I’m pregnant again at 39 years old, currently at 7w1d, and that stress is still there, but so far so good
