Did anyone get heavy spotting (for maybe a few minutes) right before their period was suppose to start and end up being pregnant?

The strangest thing... I thought I was going to start my period early and I was spotting BIG time so I thought it was going to be a heavy flow. Put a tampon in and when I woke up there was a little bit of blood there. So I thought okay maybe it was because I was asleep so I used another tampon, just in case, and when I took it out there was nothing and there hasn’t been anything all day now.

Any thoughts?
