discharge after bv

i was on the vaginal gel for 5 days to treat bv, it stopped june 30. my discharge comes out fine but whenever i go to have sex and my bf fingers my a lot of white clay like discharge comes out. he says he feels like building up inside and then its comes out in big hard clumps and i have no idea what this could be.

also i had a yeast infection and took the one pill for it
