Irregular periods

Hi, I have 2 kids 6 &3. My periods we're never this irregular. I had the liletta iud removed last September due to a side effect: rupturing ovarian cyst. We have been trying to get pregnant since. Now my periods range from 23-36 days. Anyone out there get pregnant with such irregularity? Idk when to start opks. Im nervous I might find im not ovulating at all. I started vitex today. Anything else I can do?
