Just venting

Ladies, please be careful who you have children with. I am at my witts end with my daughter's father. I mean to the point of ending up on the show snapped. We share 50/50 custody m She is 6.

She has been physically abused by his ex girlfriend, sexually abused by her son, since late December she's returned to our house 3 times with lice. Her dad moved school districts and kept her in the same school as the boy that assaulted her and she had to repeatedly see him. 2 months later he got engaged to a new girl and moved in with her 4 kids, including 2 teenage boys around the age of the boy my daughter was left alone with. She told her dad what happened but he didn't and still doesn't believe her. I put her in counseling to help her cope with this. Her dad tells her all the time that it isn't true and I told her to make it up(wtf?!?! Who does that!!) And tells her other detrimental things like he wishes I would die and I'm nothing but a liar and doesn't want her.

We hired a lawyer in March and are awaiting a court date.

I am crossing my fingers and praying to God the court will FINALLY give my daughter the justice she deserves. Every time dhr has been called the case gets closed, I am hitting dead ends every where I turn. I cannot wait for this chapter to be closed.
