I honestly feel that if you are taking care of your child and you and the child’s parents aren’t together but they are taking care of their child and doing everything they can for the child they shouldn’t have to be on child-support! I feel child-support should be for parents who do not take care of the children at all but still do things for themselves.. knowing you have a child and not taking care of it is beyond me I don’t see how people do it I don’t see how people can go to sleep knowing they have a child in this world and I don’t see it at all those are the people who deserve to be on child support not people who have joint custody of children and both parties take care of the child!

My parents had joint custody of me and my mom still put my dad on Child support and I felt like it was wrong cause I went w my dad every weekend if not more and he gave me any and everything I wanted it made me think my mom was doing it to be bitter to my dad but maybe not.... however I still feel that In situations like this the parent doesn’t deserve to pay child support because they’re already taking care of the child !
