Contractions. They were strong and very close together so we went to labour and delivery in hopes that we would get to meet our baby soon. Well now after being here for 3 hours my contractions are still strong but have completely slowed down. From every 3 mins to now every 10-15 mins. The nurse said I’ll likely be sent home if my cervix hasn’t dilated more. I am so disappointed. If this is in fact false labour, how long after false labour did your real labour start?
